I forgot my password. What do I do?
Open the login page, enter your email and use “Forgot password?”. The reset link opens RuckuZ's password-reset page.
Why might a media file take a moment to appear?
Large images, video, audio and other files still have to travel over the network. RuckuZ avoids forcing every media attachment to preload when you enter the app.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and use Delete Account. RuckuZ asks for confirmation before the deletion action is sent.
RuckuZ is under active development. If a feature behaves differently after an update, the public pages and in-app UI may be updated as the implementation changes.
